HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Being a butchers son with two brothers who became butchers, the love of food was instilled in me at an early age. However, I decided to take a different path, wanting to avoid the frigid cold of freezers.
The kitchen is where I decided to pursue my love of food and I became a chef. Cooking and preparing food for all my clients provides instant gratification, the fruits of your labour enjoyed.
That is one thing we all strive for – to be appreciated. It is one of the things that has driven me the last 30 years in the food industry. Whether it be several restaurant concepts, catering functions or food manufacturing. I have strived to keep it simple: Prepare and cook good food for people to enjoy!
